OVERVIEW
We are searching for a Marketing, Brand and Design specialist to lead and grow the department, someone with the ability to hit the ground running, someone who is experienced, dedicated and willing to be hands-on.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the Brand, Marketing and Design strategies, executions, and analytics for 5 companies with more on the horizon, alongside sub-brands, setting and controlling allocated budgets, spend forecasting, performance and financial reports.
Currently managing a team of 1, a breakdown of role activities across all 5 companies includes:
DIGITAL:
Research and regular online monitoring of activities. Devising and overlooking the brand, marketing, digital and social media strategies, their execution, and analytics. Website design, SEO-driven content, and maintenance. Email design (HTML), execution and analytics. SEO enabling. Management of online reviews and profiles. Internal communications and driving employee branding and engagement.
PRINT& ADVERTISING:
Research, ordering and keeping track of companywide branded merchandise. Designing marketing collateral for professional printing, large-scale print design. Designing, organising, and monitoring print advertising. Keeping company marketing collateral up to date.
EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS:
Organising company events to host clients, team-building and public engagement. Organising attendance to industry exhibitions (including logistics, stand design, etc.)
MEMBERSHIPS, ACCREDITATIONS & AWARDS:
Proposing and maintaining memberships and accreditations for relevant industry. Proposing, creating and submitting for relevant awards.
PRESS& PR:
Writing Press Releases and content for industry titles including columns and feature articles. Distributing content for publishing to relevant titles. Sourcing new PR opportunities.
SPONSORSHIP:
Forming and maintaining CSR relationships. Proposing relevant sponsorship opportunities which adhere to set budgets. Organising company events which answer to company values.
